Creative & Concepts Manager

Plans and prioritizes work received through Project Management tool via Project Manager (Operations), assigns to the team, reviews the work regularly, gets QC reviews addressed and once completed, sends it for development to IT team/PM/MM (as required)
Key Expectations
- Get work through Project management tool (BQPLM) via project manager, as assigned
- Responsible for graphic design team, over seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion to delivery
- Work closely and collaboratively with the project team on all creative aspects
- Undertake prioritization of the task, and assign it to the designers
- An eight-hour task every day is to be assigned to designer(s) based on the prioritization
- Conduct regular discussions with Project Manager (Operations) on the task brief, progress of project, clarify doubts (if any), and revert to the design team
- Review the job of the designers once completed, provide suggestions, clarify doubts if any, or get the clarification from the project manager operations and revert to the team
- Once the design is completed, forward it for development to the IT team/PM/MM
Functional Competencies
- Mastered composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces
- Comprehensive photo-retouching and image development skills
- Demonstrated complete understanding of:
- Color theory and color relationships
- Typographic terms that identify type forms and the specifications required to refer to typographic settings
- Perspective and space relationships
- Page composition and grid structures
- Print production process and knowledge of production techniques
- Web page and e-blast layout design and production
Other Requirements
- Have a strong portfolio ready for review upon request
- Effectively collect electronic materials for output
- Effectively handle multiple assignments at a time
- Manage challenging situations and difficult stakeholders
- Be able to effectively oversee the work of designers to achieve desirable outcomes
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
